1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GPT Sora ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GPT Sora is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered video generation services using Veo3 and Sora 2 APIs. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate videos.

3. Credit System

Our service operates on a prepaid credit system:

  • Video Generation Cost: Each video generation costs 20 credits, regardless of the AI model or provider used
  • Credit Packages:
    • Starter Pack: 100 credits for $19.99
    • Pro Pack: 500 credits + 100 bonus credits for $79.99
    • Ultimate Pack: 1,200 credits + 300 bonus credits for $149.99
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
  • Bonus credits are provided as promotional gifts and follow the same terms as purchased credits

4. Payment and Billing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Our service operates on a one-time payment basis - you only pay when purchasing credit packages
  • Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes
  • Payment must be received before credits are added to your account
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing users

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is based on credit usage:

  • Unused Credits: You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase
  • Used Credits: Credits that have been used to generate videos are non-refundable
  • Partial Refunds: If you've used some credits from a package, you may receive a partial refund calculated as: (Unused Credits / Total Credits) × Purchase Price
  • Bonus Credits: Bonus credits are promotional and not eligible for refund value
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

6. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violate any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
  • Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service
  • Resell or redistribute generated videos without proper licensing

8. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the prompts and inputs you provide
  • Generated Videos: You own the videos generated through the Service, subject to these terms
  • Service IP: All rights to the Service, including its software, design, and technology, remain with GPT Sora
  • License Grant: By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your inputs to generate videos

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Veo3, Sora 2, Stripe)
  • Failed video generations will be refunded in credits automatically

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPT SORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded according to our refund policy
  • Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and disputes survive termination

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
